free shipping, it's on us! >
Free domestic ground shipping on orders over $100. Excludes oversized furniture items, such as, sofas, tables, beds, and chairs. Extra freight charges will be noted in product description if applicable.

We ship Fedex Ground by default. Other options available upon request. We do ship internationally but please inquire before ordering. With all shipping inquires please include your full address and the items that you are interested in so that we may quote you more efficiently.

can I order over the phone>
Yes, of course. Sometimes it's just easier to talk to a live being. We can be reached Mon/Sat 11am - 6pm pacific. If we're not there, just leave a message.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and paypal as forms of payment.

order confirmation>
Your order will not be placed until you receive an order confirmation by email or call.

You will not be charged tax as Oregon is a sales free tax state.

returns/exchanges>
Web orders have a 14 day exchange policy with receipt only.

restocking fee>
Returned special orders and furniture are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

Once you receive your shipment, we must have any reported damages within 3 business days of receipt for exchange
