Yes, of course. Sometimes it's just easier to talk to a live being. We can be reached Mon/Sat 11am - 6pm
PST. If we're not there, just leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hours.
payment options>
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Check, Purchase Order and Paypal as forms of payment.
order confirmation>
Your order will not be placed until you receive an order
confirmation by email or call.

sales tax>
You will not be charged tax as Oregon is a sales free tax state.
returns/exchanges>
Website orders have a 14 day refund/exchange policy with receipt only. Please ship the package back to us in its original container (if possible) and we will refund or issue store credit minus the original outbound freight. Please include the reason(s) why you are unhappy with the item(s) so we are aware of the problem. SALE items online are non-refundable, but can be returned for store credit (with no expiration) within 14 days of purchase with receipt.
restocking fee>
Returned special orders and furniture are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

Once you receive your shipment, we must have any reported damages within 3 business days of receipt for exchange
